Why does this template exist?

Careers are squiggly and elusive, so applying a simplified version of the scientific method to create, test and evaluate a career hypothesis is essential to make career decisions. In fact, experiments can help you get unstuck, reduce the pressure to find the thing and find fit before you commit (which in turn will help increase satisfaction!).

If you haven't done so yet, I recommend starting with mapping your skills, values, interests and career criteria first.
